This Privacy Policy explains how DumpFun FZCO, UAE ("DumpFun", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information from users ("you") who access or use the DumpFun platform, services, websites, and related smart contracts (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We Collect

    1. Wallet information: Public blockchain addresses you connect to the Platform.
    2. Usage data: Interactions with smart contracts, launched tokens, trading activity, IP address, browser type, time zone, device type, and access times.
    3. Cookies and tracking data: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality, analyze performance, and detect abuse.
    4. Voluntary data: If you contact us directly (e.g. via email or form), we may store your communication and any contact information you provide.

    We do not collect or store sensitive personal data (e.g. names, addresses, IDs) unless explicitly provided by you.

  2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

    1. To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
    2. To detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, abuse, or fraud.

    4. Blockchain-based data (e.g. token launches, wallet interactions) may remain permanently accessible via public Solana infrastructure.

    1. Service providers: Infrastructure, analytics, or compliance vendors under confidentiality agreements.
    2. Legal authorities: When required by UAE law (including applicable Dubai regulations) or court order.

    We design this Policy to comply with the UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where relevant to processing activities conducted from free zones, we also align with DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the ADGM Data Protection Regulations, as applicable.

    Your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where cross‑border transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards permitted under the PDPL (e.g., contractual protections, adequacy, or other lawful transfer mechanisms).

    This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
    You agree that the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims relating to this Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

    Subject to applicable law (including the UAE PDPL), you may:

    1. Request access to your personal data.
    2. Request deletion or correction/rectification of your data.
    3. Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
    4. Request data portability where technically feasible.
